Sorry im barely on ever guys! I have just been soooo busy with school and dance and life. I am still on weight watchers and im loving it! I have lost 10 lbs since i started!!!!! so now i weigh in at 177lbs. This sunday will be my 1 month mark so im doing really well! I only weigh myself once a week and i dont even struggle with eating healthy it just happens now. I just looked back at my progress pictures from the summer and i think i actually have changed alot so tomorrow im gonna post some new ones!! Ill try to keep in touch more!! xx
being on weight watchers DOES NOT limit what im eating and i love it so much. i can eat normal foods and just in moderation!!!!! it makes me realize that i really do not need a lot of food to be satisfied. my mom made pumpkin bread today and i entered the recipe into weight watchers and had a pretty generous piece! it all fit into my plan for the day and i dont feel bad at all!!! ps. lost 5 lbs this week. SUCCESS.
I have actually never felt so good in my life. i can actually eat a lot of food but its ALL HEALTHY!!!! i can have normal breakfast, lunch, and dinner. but instead of picking up some salty fattening food for a snack i bite on a piece of fruit because its no points. it just makes me feel good and you get points for eating so whats better than that!?!?!? LIFE IS GOOD.
on weight watchers i can have as much fruit as i want and its 0 points. I LOVE IT SO MUCH. THERE SHOULD NEVER BE A FRUIT LIMIT.
